Every shipment we handle is inspected, tested, and documented before it leaves origin. Here is exactly how we verify that what arrives at your warehouse matches what was agreed in the contract.

Our Quality Process

Six checkpoints between origin and delivery. Each step is documented and the results are included in your shipment paperwork.

Origin Inspection

Raw material is inspected at source against your agreed specifications. We verify parameters like oil content, moisture, purity, size grading, and visual quality before any processing begins.

Pre-Shipment Sampling

Samples from each lot are available for your review before dispatch. You verify the product meets your requirements before we ship, eliminating the risk of off-spec deliveries.

Laboratory Testing

Independent laboratory testing is performed on every lot. Sesame is tested for oil content, purity, moisture, FFA, and aflatoxin. Peanuts undergo aflatoxin screening to EU/UK limits. Cotton is HVI-graded for staple length, strength, and micronaire.

Certificate of Analysis

A full COA accompanies every shipment, documenting all tested parameters against the specification agreed at contract stage. Third-party lab reports are available on request.

Export Documentation

Phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, bills of lading, fumigation certificates, and weight certificates are prepared before the goods arrive at your warehouse.

Lot Traceability

Every lot is assigned a unique identifier traceable from the growing region through processing, packing, and shipping. If a question arises post-delivery, we can trace it back to source within hours.
